The meeting was held on November 17, 2021, and was presided over by the President. the meeting also invited the Chairman of the Federal Corporation Company, Mr. Jiang Qing-xing, the Deputy Chief of the ministry of the interior National Immigration Agency, Mr. Liang Guo-hui, and The Deputy Minister of the Civil Service Protection and Training Commission, Mr. Hong Shu-zhi, as external members and representatives of the practical agencies.

The meeting mainly discussed the draft of the school development plan for the years 111-114. The draft plan with rolling revision is the school's specific development goals and strategies for the next four years after analyzing the current situation of the school and the internal and external environment. The draft plan combined specific implementation plans and measures ,was discussed by relevant units within the school. Finally, it’s proposed to the School Development Meeting for discussion as a basis for the school's future administration.

Through the review of the School Development Meeting, the opinions of scholars, experts, and practical organizations are combined to achieve the effect of complementing academics and practice, so that the school will keep abreast of the times in the development of school affairs , make the contents of academic research and cadre training of the Central Police University more in line with the needs of practical organizations, and realize the purpose of unified development of industry and academia.
