The meeting was mainly held for each unit to present important events of the current semester, so that all students and faculty could understand the current pace of development and future goals of the university, and also planned time for participants to speak freely and share any specific suggestions about the university.

Two proposals were approved at the meeting, "the draft amendment to some of the provisions of the appointment contract for full-time faculty members of the Central Police University and the draft of the University's", and "School Development Plan for 111-114", and two proposals for school improvement were proposed by the faculty members in the interim motion.

In addition, in order to follow the relevant epidemic prevention measures, all participants took a temperature test before entering, wore a mask throughout the course, and prohibited eating and drinking, etc., It’s effectively eliminate any chance of infection.
