Squad Leader of the Student Corps, Tsai Zong-Han, is reassigned to serve to serve in the Secretariat, responsible for official document management and comprehensive affairs.
The division of duties is as follows:

1.Comprehensive affairs of the Secretariat.
2.Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence for the Minister’s Public Opinion Mailbox.
3.Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence for the President’s Public Opinion Mailbox.
4.Management of the Secretariat’s official email account.
5.Updating and managing the Secretariat’s website.
6.Serving as the contact point for the Secretariat regarding the 1996 Ministry of the Interior Service Hotline.
7.Promotion of telephone etiquette initiatives.
8.Compilation and editing of the school history.
9.Production of the school profile, department introductions, and multimedia presentations.
10.Consolidated handling of documents not belonging to the business scope of any school unit (external documents).
11.Assisting in the affairs of the Police Academic Research Foundation.
12.Other temporary assignments as directed.
